Founder & President
An on-line community of traders and options education company. We provide education, training, support and a
sense of community to options traders of all skill levels. We have forged relationships at all levels in the
trading community. A paid membership site was opened in 2009, providing enhanced services and continues to
maintain a stable and growing member base. Future plans remain focused on our core purpose of providing
intellectually honest information to assist individual traders in the art and science of options trading.

Managing Attorney
Diverse civil law practice including the defense of California Regional Centers, doctors, nurses, hospitals,
skilled nursing facilities, and other health care providers in elder and dependent adult abuse actions,
professional and general tort litigation, various aspects of administrative law, business litigation, contracts,
and as general counsel. Services to business include corporate maintenance, debt collections, landlord tenant
matters, mechanics liens, review of contracts, negotiations, etc. Extensive Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
experience and pre-litigation consultation enhance the traditional civil litigation services. Responsibilities
within the firm include all aspects of case management including trial, arbitration, appeals, mediation, and

Law practice with focus on defense of medical malpractice claims, defense and prosecution of general tort claims
and business litigation. Responsible for management of an independent case load assumed from prior counsel. All
matters were brought to resolution through either defense award or favorably negotiated settlement.

individuals, small to moderate sized businesses, and healthcare providers.

Involved in all aspects of medical malpractice defense litigation including jury trials and binding arbitration.
Solely responsible for a full case load, successfully managing and resolving numerous medical malpractice cases.
Developed strategy for reducing large verdicts following trial, including development of model points and
authorities and presentation to panel counsel and parent company.

Secondary responsibilities included chairing the law firm’s technology committee, which was tasked with identifying
the firm’s the needs, recommending solutions and guiding systems development within the Los Angeles and Orange
County offices.
CITY OF SANTA CLARA 1991

Practice areas included criminal prosecution, eminent domain, environmental law, real property secured
transactions, leases, contracts and tort causes of action filed against the City of Santa Clara. Conducted legal
research, writing and motion practice. Certified by the California State Supreme Court. Devised and assisted
environmental “clean-up” standards. Advised on integration of law office technology, including collaboration with
the Deputy City Attorney and City engineers to design the City government’s first local area network.
